The delivery time of your location. Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive but might take a bit longer to certain countries.
Under certain peak periods and during holidays the delivery time may be longer than the estimated. No need to worry! Your order is on it's way but may take a little bit longer than usual.
The order confirmation including the tracking code will be emailed to you automatically when placing an order. Some email services might consider these automated emails as spam. Please check the spam folder in case the message has ended up there.
If the product in question is out of stock, you can order an automatic e-mail notification from the product page. You will then be notified when the product has arrived at our warehouse. We try to re-stock all products as soon as possible. Unfortunately, some products are seasonal and might not be available at all times.
Occasionally, if purchasing more than one item, some items may be shipped separately. This is because we ship directly from our manufacturers to save you money, and we use multiple manufacturers for various products. Don't worry - your entire order will arrive, even if it's in two (or three+) different packages!

Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed. However, changes to your order are allowed. If you need to make any modifications, please contact support@juneptune.com as soon as possible. Please be aware that in some cases, orders may get sent out before we can process the requested changes.

Custom-made items are shipped from a specialized location dedicated to crafting and handling handmade products. This ensures the highest quality and care in packaging and delivery. Because they are shipped separately, a shipping fee applies. Free shipping remains available for all other items.
